Based on Howard Gardner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligences, lessons and assignments are customized to cater to the unique intelligence of each child.

Assessment Regularly

There are formative and summative assessments. Formative assessment is essentially ‘Practice’ based on field trips, classwork and projects over the year. Summative assessment is done periodically to gauge student learning related to set standards. Progress reports are skill based and prepared on the basis of continuous observation and performance during the formative and summative assessments. Marks and Grades are allotted. Grades 9 and 10 are assessed according to the ICSE Board patterns.

Policy of Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation Scheme (CCE) has formative assessment in our evaluation system. By regularizing and increasing the frequency of assessments. Thus, there is greater time for assimilation, retention and building a base for higher order thinking process of analysis, reasoning and integrating the lessons learnt.

Specialized, Individual Attention

Individual Attention is instrumental in spotting talent of students in a class. With a student-teacher ratio of 20:1 for Pre-Primary and 40:1 for classes 1-8, we cater to the unique, individual requirements of each and every student by giving them personal attention. Teachers give special emphasis on a customised learning plan through ‘Enrichment Classes’ after school to clear concepts.
